2. In order to be valid, complaints concerning quality of cartridges or erroneous delivery should reach us in writing and registered within 8 days. Possible costs of the parcel are at the buyer’s expence.

3. Restriction of ownership: The goods remain possession of the seller until full payment. So the buyer is obliged to insure the goods against theft and fire. As long as there exists the restriction of ownership, the goods neither can be given safety nor be sold in pledge. The buyer immediately should notify the seller in case of judicially attachment on the goods. As part of his normal management, the buyer can sell the goods. Yet now, he hands over the received claims to the seller until full payment of his claim. The seller accepts this cession.

4. Payment terms: All our invoices are due and payable on the expiry date stated on the invoice.

5. Interests: If the amount on the invoices is not paid on the expiry date , the buyer is from now on 1% due per month.

6. If the payment of the invoices is not executed within 8 days, the amount due on the invoice will be increased by 15% with a minimum of 62,00€, after a registered letter.

7. Applicable law: Only the Belgian law is applicable.
